EOVI worked together with La Capital in the design and website development. La Capital is a very popular Tex Mex restaurant located in the city of La Paz-Bolivia that seeks to offer the customer different and great tasting food, offering a great place to enjoy with family and friends.The client, saw an opportunity to expand the business and asked for the creation of a web page, where apart from fulfilling it with different functions such as: sample of the product catalog, writing of blogs and suggestions from clients, it also helps to all those who can’t attend to the restaurant personally.In the food business, it is essential to have a delivery service that gives the customer the ease of not having to leave the house and be able to consume the product.The main service offered is delivery, and it works as follows:
Once the client selects a product, he is directed to a page with the description and photos of it. On the same page you have the option to check which orders are already in the cart, and you can continue buying or proceed to the payment.
For the mode of payment it can be chosen either by card (the same person that is in charge of the delivery will carry the card) which means that the customer can use your card that same time, or the other option is the delivery of the cash at the time of receiving your order. On this page there is also the form with the delivery data.
To achieve all this, the client must be registered, if he is not, a floating window will appear where he can do it, either with his mail or through Facebook (the client will receive an email confirming his registration)
Once the order is made, the page is notified of its characteristics, this order is sent to the mail of the page (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the same details confirming the order and then making the delivery.
The order confirmation is also sent to the email provided by the customer.
This is how the development of the delivery service, helped the company La Capital to be significantly different from its competitors by providing a quality service at the time of delivery at home and facilitating the organization within the company.
