Infographics: Remote Workers, the most happy employees
Infographics:
Hours of working means employees with less labor satisfaction, or that's what we use to think. However, a recent GIF interview took years in PYMES (little and medium enterprises) and indicates the opposite. According to the surveyed, people that worked in a remote way from their houses: Remote workers or working remotely, have reported of working more hours weekly. In a total of 26% of the surveyed said that, they worked more than 50 hours or more weekly in comparison with the only 10% of those who haven't worked in a remote way. Despite that 75% of remote workers said that the capability of doing their job without having to move to their office, improved their lives.
All of this makes sense when it's about to spend our time: The quality is more important than quantity. And for those who work in their houses, either is a part or the entire time, they say that by using this way they accomplished a balance between job and family life.
But, being out of this circle means being satisfied with a lower salary or not enjoying of the intern promotions of the Enterprise ?. Surprisingly, remote workers reported more satisfaction with their progress opportunities and incomes, and this doesn't happen by not working in a remote way. The survey also questions the idea that the majority of house workers are women in very low Job positions, and that they stay at home taking care of their children. The majority of the surveyed, that worked in a remote way use to be well educated men with big incomes.
